I can't say enough about Phil. He walked us through every single step of the way, and even gave us a great plan to get our credit scores up for buying our first home. We followed his advise and were able to get my husbands score up 50 points in 5 months, and my score up 20 points. Phil was always there when we needed him, and even met with us in person a few times when we were confused. He sent us spreadsheets and documents that really broke down our options and helped us decide which route was the best for us to go. We ended up with a great loan and an interest rate we never thought in our wildest dreams that we could get. Phil really knows what he's doing.
